I live and work in Liverpool, combining a career in Local Government with freelance research and writing.

I graduated from Leeds University with a BA in Politics and have continued to work in this area, providing research pieces on Human Rights, European Politics and Terrorism for a range of clients.

I have written for magazines including Verbatim, Justice of the Peace and The Oldie and have contributed to a number of travel and sporting websites.

I am a keen traveller. My most recent trip was backpacking for two months around South America and I hope to use this as a rich source of writing material. I also spend a lot of time travelling in Europe, occasioanally combining this with my love of soccer and rugby.
